I have an extensive background in coating and adhesion technology as well as sales. I also have many years in upper level management and HR functions, being a VP of HR for an aerospace company. After being downsized, I found a career refinishing bathtubs, and developing our own line of molecular bonding agents and coatings. We developed Easy Restore originally for fiberglass tubs, but found it worked great on other substrates.
