  • Dale Yamamoto
    President and Co-founder

    Dale is a nationally recognized actuary with over 35 years experience. He previously served as Chief Healthcare Retirement Actuary for Hewitt and Associates, and currently runs his own independent consulting firm. Dale is frequently called to testify before Congress on issues related to Medicare and retirement health. He is currently chair of the Joint Committee on Retirement Health at the American Academy of Actuaries.

    VP, Technology

    John is a retired professor of MIS and works as a technology consultant for many public and private institutions. He left academia in 1992 as an adjunct professor and Director of M.B.A. Admissions at University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. At that time he founded EAI, Inc., an applied technology company specializing in cradle-to-grave data management applications.

    Chief Legal Officer and Co-founder

    Allen is a practicing attorney and benefit consultant specialist who recently retired as a partner from Hewitt Associates. He specialized in providing advice and support in the design and delivery of employer benefit plans. Allen received his J.D. cum laude from Northwestern Law School.

    VP, Customer Experience and Co-founder

    Ellen is a professor and independent consultant in digital design, customer experience, and marketing. She has created innovative consumer friendly programs for a variety of public and private clients including the Chicago Architecture Foundation, Illinois Institute of Technology and Northern Illinois University. Ellen has a Ph.D. from Northwestern University and is a licensed health and life broker.

    Brian, currently retired, has 20 years experience on product development and marketing in Medicare-related markets. While as a consultant at Towers Perrin (later Reden&Anders), Brian's client list included the BCBS Plans in Illinois, Texas, Florida and North Carolina; Prime Therapeutics; PacifiCare; and Ovations Heath. Brian received an M.A. in Public Policy from University of Chicago and an MA in Health Care Financial Management from NYU.

    Michael is currently CEO of Seibold and Associates, a consulting firm specializing in strategy, marketing and provider contracting. He was formerly President and CEO of BCBS of Illinois and has served in senior management positions at Premera Blue Cross, BCBS of Nebraska, and Excellus. Michael received his M.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.

    Wayne recently retired as Senior Vice President of Harte Hanks, one of the largest direct marketing firms in the world. At Harte Hanks, Wayne ran, and held P and L responsibility for, the health care practice. His clients included several BCBS Plans, Humana and United HealthCare.
