Dr. Kim serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to his involvement with EBMC, he established the Eastwood Companies which owned, managed, and provided financing for commercial real estate transactions. He has also served as Vice Chairman of EIE group, CEO of Mutsumi Enterprises Canada Ltd., and V.P. of a subsidiary 18 of Toyota Automobiles in Japan. Dr. Kim also served the Korean government in a number of roles.

Yo-Shin Song has over twenty years of experience working in the US and Korea in finance and executive management. Currently, he is serving as President of AMCUBE since 2011. Prior to his current role, Song has served as CEO for Applied Surface Technology Associates Inc., Capital Express SCL Partners Ltd., and O-One Inc. Song has also held executive management roles at Hite Jinro Group, Kolon Group, SsangYong Group and Daewoo Securities Co.

Kim brings over 30 years of marketing and sales experience working in the automobile and construction industries. Kim is serving as Managing Director, Domestic Sales and Marketing for GM Korea since 2008. He has served as President at Chevrolet Belgium, Daewoo Motor Benelux and Daewoo Cars UK; Remarketing&Used Car Director at GM Daewoo Europe. Kim has also served in the Korean National Service as Lieutenant Officer/Interpreter from 1979 to 1981.

Dr. Kuypers is a board-certified emergency physician currently practicing geriatrics in Washington State. He also serves as an Associate Medical Director for a local hospice. He has gained extensive experience with alternative therapies including medical acupuncture, and naturopathic remedies. Dr. Kuypers has previously served as a Medical Director for Eventus, Inc., a nutritional products company and for various assisted living facilities.

After six years of public practice experience in Edmonton, Louis accepted a CFO position with Eastwood Companies and moved to beautiful Vancouver, BC. Louis's role as the CFO required more than just accounting and tax expertise. He provided broad business advice to all of the Eastwood Companies, which included many business areas, such as: venture capital investment, hotel ownership and management, and health food manufacturing and distribution.
