Mark Watson, MBA, is a serial entrepreneur and environmentalist. He has held senior management positions in both software and telecommunications. He has a successful track record in international business. As VP of Sky Media in Singapore, he was instrumental in the creation, distribution and sales of educational software. As President and Founder of ABC e-Learning, he pioneered innovative learning technologies that were used by millions.

Geoff Taylor, CA spent 3 yrs with KPMG, serving many clients in varied industries. Geoff then spent 17 years with the Raymond Aaron Group a motivational seminar and financial investment business where he served as Partner and COO. He oversaw sales of 500+ condo's and structured complex tax deals. He understands the importance of good investor communications and accountability.

Ted overseas new sales, govt relations, and PR. With 30+ years as a strategist, he served as communications officer to ON Premier Mike Harris providing final approval of all communications. As policy advisor to a Cabinet Minister, he supervised stakeholder outreach and offered strategic advice to the Minster, while obtaining endorsements from stakeholders. In addition, he worked as a management consultant, and founded a food service company.

Tom has been in the transportation and logistics business for 30 years. He joined Earth Innovations team in October 2009 as a Logistics Coordinator and now is Manager of Logistics and Production. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge, including coordinating complex time sensitive transportation moves by land, air and sea, as well as negotiating with various partners for optimum transportation or production rates.

Max Bastien is our latest addition to the team. He has over 10 years experience working in sales, the construction sector and spent a year working overseas as a project manager. His responsibilities include building our sales pipeline and managing existing accounts.

Brett Wilson,P.Eng, MBA co-founded First Energy Capital Corp., a Canadian brokerage firm that provides investment-banking services to Canada’s oil and gas sector.
He is now President of Prairie Merchant Corporation - his private merchant bank focused on business opportunities in the energy, agriculture, real estate, sports, and entertainment industries. He was a star of the Season 3, 4 and 5 of CBC’s hit television show - Dragons Den.

Mac has 50 years of experience in the mining industry and was involved in the discovery of numerous coal, base metal and gold deposits in Canada. Mr. Watson was awarded Canada's Prospector of the Year Award in 1991 for his participation in the discovery of a number of deposits in Canada and again in 2010 for the Ring of Fire discovery in Northern Ontario. Watson holds a B.Sc. Degree in Geology from the University of New Brunswick.

James Garcelon, CFA has over 15 + yrs in the financial sector. He began his career at RBC Dominion Securities where he worked in investment banking. In 1997, he joined Pacific Century Group a Hong Kong based private equity fund. Currently Mr. Garcelon is a Principal with, and co-founder of, Grove Capital Group a merchant banking group. James also holds a MSc from the London School of Economics and HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Mr. Coates is a founder of Grove Capital Group. Mr. Coates founded and served as CEO of TSX-listed Homeland Energy Group and having spent more than 12 years in the resource and financial industries, brings together strengths in business development, communications and finance to create strategic relationships for success. Mr. Coates is a graduate of Kings College at the University of Western Ontario.
