The convenience store will be centrally located between two large towns in a rural community. The location is at a intersection of two state highways with a state verified traffic flow of 7000 vechicles a day. The country store would provide services that are not available in the immediate area such as deli, fresh pizza, live stock feed, bait, diesel, off road, diesel and cng. The country store would create 5 or more jobs in the community.
