Namki offers over 25 years of service business management experience with strong knowledge and experience in operations, marketing and sales. Prior to Eappetit, Namki held a number of senior management positions, including President of Romic Environmental Technologies Corporation, General Manager of ITRenew Inc., and Vice President of General Environmental Management LLC.

Prior to Eappetit, Lewis was the Director of Information Technology at ITRenew, Inc. He also worked for numerous companies in the Bay Area such as NASA Ames, Skype (Convenos), and Benetech Inc.
Lewis holds a BS Degree in Electronics and Mechanical Engineering at Don Bosco Technical College (Manila) with more than 25 years of experience in the technology field.

Mark Choi is a former founder of Foundation Financial Group (President and Managing Partner), Saga Enterprises (Director of Operations), HJ America NA (President and GM) and PureSmoke (VP of Operations). He has extensive business management experience in both entrepreneurial and management roles in various industries. Mark holds a BA in Economics from the UC, Los Angeles.
