Rajat mastered the skill of taking standardized tests at an early age by scoring better than 99 percentile on most exams including the CET (Indian equivalent of SAT), GATE (Indian equivalent of GRE including technical GRE), and the GMAT. Post MBA (from Babson where he received full fellowship), Rajat was hired by Honeywell as Marketing and Business Development Manager to grow its wireless business $2M to $25M.

A perfectionist to the core, Payal Tandon has topped most exams in the past 15 years. She was the topper (the absolute topper, not just 99 percentile) in the State of Haryana board exam (12th standard exam) taken by more than 1 million people. She worked for Honeywell Space Systems (HSS). During her 5 years at HSS, she worked on various strategic projects including managing the multi-million dollar International Space Station Program with NASA.
