Rober Schluter is responsible for operations management, global sales, and service activities at e1. Mr. Schluter brings with him more than 20 years of business operations, as well as extensive sales and marketing experience. Previous experience includes Founder of Pangaea Technology Resources, a strategic recruitment firm. Mr. Schluter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ithaca College, Ithaca NY.

Dave Edlund, PhD. is responsible for technical development, manufacturing, and strategic business development. Dr. Edlund was co-founder of IdaTech, LLC, VP System Development, Protonex. He earned a Bachelor of Science Chemistry at Cal State Sacramento, and a PhD. Chemistry at University of Oregon.

Greg Haugen is responsible for the finance and administration activities of the Company. Mr. Haugen has 25 years of business experience, 10 years serving as VP Finance for Advanced Power Technology where he successfully completed an IPO of APT. Mr. Haugen has a Bachelor of Science degree from Lewis & Clark College, Portland and passed the CPA exam.

Peter Hall is responsible for global sales activity for the company. Mr. Hall has 25 years of business experience, much of it in sales and marketing. Mr. Hall worked for GTE Corporation for 10 years as a sales executive, and later founded Armed Guard Security. Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from University of Colorado, as well as graduate studies at Seattle University’s MBA program.

Jon Tompkins regularly advises the Company on a number of issues important to its success and growth. Mr. Tompkins is the retired Chairman of Electro Scientific Industries; former CEO of KLA-Tencor Corporation; and former President/CEO of Spectra-Physics. He has extensive senior level business experience in the laser and semiconductor industries.

Dr. Rod Ray advises the Company on issues related to the development of complimentary technologies and strategic business development. Dr. Ray is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Board at Bend Research, where he has worked since 1983. Dr. Ray has extensive experience in commercializing diverse products for the electronics, energy, medical, agricultural, and space industries, and is an inventor on 21 U.S. patents. He has authore
