Doctor Ben Guiot hold a medical degree from the University of Ottawa School of Medicine in Canada and is Board certified by both the American Board of Neurological Surgery and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
He is Advisor of the Innosphere in Colorado, and therefore involved in the startup world.

He has several years experience in Neurosurgery and specially in spine disorders.

André Walder is Doctor in metallurgy with a strong background in development of metallic implants using innovative welding processes.
He retired from ONERA, the French Aerospace Lab and developed the porous titanium technology since 1993, manufacturing various kind of implants and forms
In 2006, he co-founded ProTip Medical, which develop the larynx prosthesis and developed some others Head and Neck implants.
