Problem: The youth unemployment rate is terrifyingly large in the Nordics. At the same time there are over 100k of short-time tasks in the Nordics everyday that need "doers". The problem is how to connect these two parts.
Our solution: An online P2P marketplace where households and small & medium sized companies can outsource tasks and jobs . Users name the task they need done and the estimated time the task will take. We at DuuniBuumi charge the employer for the agreed amount and take care of all the bureaucracy and the necessary insurances. We pay the service providers salary.
