Organic sprouted flours, are easier to digest, more nutritious, and have higher protein and fibre content then ordinary flours. The majority of competitors are in North America and beginning to export, with one company located in Europe that sprouts grains. Sales are focused on selling 85% of our flours in bulk wholesale and 15% direct to consumers through branded retail products. All sales and shipping are managed directly by Durrow Mills.
