Kenneth Gram is a lean manufacturing expert and lean startup advocate. Currently an industrial engineer at Boeing in Mesa, AZ, Gram teaches Boeing employees how to apply lean manufacturing and startup principles to the aerospace industry. Gram's background as a welder and metal sculptor helped to create his first startup company "Gram Studios" where he designed, manufactured, and sold modern furniture and art to retailers and private customers.

Kim Gram is an Associate with Entertainment + Culture Advisors (ECA) and performs research and analyses on various types of land use projects in both public and private sectors. Ms. Gram has contributed on studies for clients nationally and internationally on available markets, economic feasibility, land use options and business planning.
