In his previous positions, he honed his skills of business process automation across many industries, including the public and private sectors. Natalie Toalson's career began in the heath care insurance industry, where she established and oversaw the independent agency SHARP INC., consistently ranking first in the country in sales for Medicare Advantage plans with United Healthcare. Natalie attended ASU where she earned her bachelors degree in English Literature with a minor in Business Administration, and extending her education with an MBA at the University of Phoenix.

Don's passion for IT bloomed in the military where he was trained in state-of-the-art networking and systems technologies. Since leaving the military, he worked as a private contractor providing clients with system development and design. Don's time with the Marine Corps allowed for a diverse exposure to many different technologies including military aircraft electronics, fiber optic networking, and a host of undisclosed systems.
