Prior to DSipher, Arijit worked for 8 years in the Semiconductor industry with Motorola and
Freescale. His areas of expertise include Static Timing Analysis, Signal Integrity and Low Power
methodologies. He was instrumental in driving methodology formulation and deployment across
units in the organization and was nominated as Senior Member of

Soumen manages operations and contributes to product development at DSipher.
Soumen has 12 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry as a part of organizations
such as Motorola, Freescale and Synopsys and specializes in next-generation verification
technologies. In his role as Manager, Assertion based Verification IP team at Synopsys, Soumen
was instrumental in shaping the product portfolio and winning customers from across the globe.
