Dry Start is managed by Chad McKinney (55% ownership) and Nick Jurasek (45%). Profitwise Accounting will manage our company finances, reporting, and tax requirements. We are requesting step funding in two disbursements ($400K, $900K) in exchange for equity partnership in our company.
