DROP will be the "Marquee of Tysons Corner." Our beautiful interior design will create the atmosphere for the main purposes of the business: drinking, dancing, entertainment, and special events. We will develop the space in to three separate spaces inside the property: a 2,500 square-foot "cabaret" space; a 1,500 square-foot "mezzanine" space that features a room elevated on top of the "cabaret" space; and, a 1,000-square-foot lounge space.
