Rajesh has worked at Sankara and Narayana Netralaya for over 10 years and is champion of delivering quality eye care in underserviced areas. He now lives in Devanahalli and manages the operations at Drishti Devanahalli

Kiran is an telecom engineer and founding member of OnMobile, a company spun out of Infosys. He helped build OnMobile from a 10 people startup to 1200 people with revenues over 500 crores. He quit OnMobile in Dec 2010 to work on projects that deliver social impact. He is currently at Volunteer – Technology at UIDAI and co-founded Drishti with Dr Rajesh. At Drishti, He handles strategy and finance

Anjali started as a tech writer and built and ran the tech writing team at Arcot for several years. She has juggled free lance tech writing, working as a counsellor at Vishwas and Viveka along with running the Yoga Nikeya Trust.

At Drishti, Anjali handles general administration, setup of processes, training and HR.

Nishant has about 10 years of experience in developing high performance IT products. He has exposure to Product Management, Architecture and Engineering and lead the development of OnMobile's Application platform.

At Drishti, Nishant heads IT and is responsible for rolling out vision centers using TeleMedicine.
