Her time in big CPG gave her the foundation to build Poppilu quickly while her role developing and nationally launching Fairlife (a dairy joint venture with Coca-Cola) gave her the hands-on start-up experience to prime her for true entrepreneurship. Under her leadership as VP Mktg, Fairlife was the 4th best selling new food/bev brand in 2015 and reached $100M retail sales in 13 months.

Alex Corral, CPA, implements strong GAAP accounting processes, inventory costing, FP&A, velocity retail analysis, etc. Additionally, as a former director in KPMG’s financial due diligence practice, he led various CPG M&A engagements and understands the KPI’s and growth story that strategic investors / buyers are actively searching for in food & bev.

Alexa has 6 years of experience focused on digital and social marketing, including running her own agency. Alexa is an integral part of the Poppilu team and is responsible for all social and digital activation.
