The young and urban population, more affluent and educated, is looking for more variety and differentiation in products.Drink Different proposes to develop and sell new sparkling cider blends. Cider is a promising vehicle to bypass a mature and stagnant beer category in a market characterized by a premiumisation trend.

Entrepreneurship experience as founder and co-owner of Accreo – one of the top consulting firms in Poland for tax advisory and public aid, employing over 70 consultants.

    Sales Director

    18 years of professional experience in distribution and sales including: 8 years in Reckitt Benckiser as a person responsible for Modern Trade, 5 years in Carlsberg as a Sales Director responsible for key accounts, 3 years in Gellwe as Sales Director, 2 years in Food Care as Sales Director. Responsible for several successful new product launches (Tiger for Gellwe and Frugo for Food Care), vast experience in building and managing sales teams.

    Trilingual (Polish, English, German) finance and banking graduate of SGH (Warsaw School of Economics) and BWL (Enterprise Economy). Scholar in Johannes Gutenberg Universitat in Mainz, Germany. Ten years of consulting experience (Ernst & Young, Accreo), co-owner and head of the most successful grants & incentives practice in Poland (ranked No 1 by Forbes Magazine). Excellent management, leadership and soft skills.

  • Malgorzata Lisowska

    An Economics graduate of Lazarski University. Five years of experience in Marketing. Greatest achievements: national launch of Kasztelan Unpasteurized and Frugo relaunch. Kasztelan was launched when the beer market was in decline. However, six months after its launch the brand was ranked 9th best selling beer brand. The re-launch of Frugo in 2011 was successful and it has regained its strong position on the beverage market.

    Trilingual (French, English, Italian) engineering graduate of ENSEEIHT (National Polytechnic Institute of Engineering in Electro technology, Electronics, Computer Science, Hydraulics and Telecommunications) and MBA graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Eight years experience of staff management. Excellent organizational skills, leadership and supervision.
