Passionate entrepreneur, investor and craft spirits advocate, Luis has been following the craft spirits movement for years. After various corporate roles with Lóreal, Hilton Worldwide, PwC and Ernst & Young, Luis launched Montalbán Investment Group – a family investing company in 2012. In 2014, he launched CRAFT SPIRITS EXCHANGE with the vision of becoming the leading source for all things “craft spirits” online.

Steve comes to CSX with 20 years marketing experience in the beer, wine and spirits industry. He is a thought leader and B2C/B2B marketing strategist, creating and promoting digital applications, social communities, and events serving food and beverage brands and retailers.  His work has generated more than $25 million in sales and has been featured in the NY Times, Fortune Magazine and several other publications.

With over 12 years experience as a published wine and spirits writer and educator, Kelly brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the CSX team. She has been featured in numerous publications including Wine Enthusiast, Cheers, The Tasting Panel, IMBIBE, DC Magazine and the Washington Post. She is BarSmarts certified and holds a Diploma in Wine Studies from the renowned Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET).
