Reza leads product development, oversees strategy and operations and manages the team and works with a wide array of business issues. He works closely with the manufacturers in the design and production process. Reza ran a manufacturing business in the past making cell phone accessories.

Gwen performs the majority of the product designs and provides operations support for the Dream Mobile team. Gwen is an experience graphic designer and has executed on a variety of design projects.
