Harsh graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and is currently pursuing his MBA from Columbia Business School. As Co-Founder of Red Digital, Harsh grew the digital agency from 2 people to one of India's largest with 50 people in 5 offices and then led the acquisition of Red Digital by an international agency. Harsh is now the Co-Founder and CEO of Dream11.com, the World's No.1 Fantasy Cricket Game.

After getting an Engineering degree, Bhavit graduated as an MBA from Bentley University in Boston. He was the Co-Founder and CFO of Red Digital, a 360 degree digital marketing agency specializing in Social Media. Bhavit expanded Red Digital to 50 people countrywide, with a key focus on maintaining profitability. He then managed the acquisition of Red Digital by a multinational agency. Currently, Bhavit is the Co-Founder and CFO of Dream11.com.

Bhushan has over 9 years of product experience ranging from MNCs to startups, such as Times Group, Reliance, Inkfruit and Stepout. His expertise lies in New Product Launches, User-Centered Design, Web Usability, Information Architecture, PLC Management, Marketing Communications, Ad Campaign Management and Brand Development, many of which he has formal training in. Bhushan also has experience in dynamic and active web content, PHP, AJAX and SQL.

Abhishek is an IIT Kanpur graduate. He has an experience of 11 years having worked across many top notch consumer internet products involving e-commerce in various companies, such as Infosys, Tricom and Inkfruit. He bridges the gap of business requirements and technical positioning perfectly well. Abhishek loves the web 2.0 paradigm and believes that internet products can only grow if they provide an excellent contemporary user experience.

Kapil has worked in Customer Services with organizations like Wipro, HSBC etc. and has then managed this function for Financial Service giants like Franklin Templeton and Kotak Mahindra group, creating a bulk of 10 years of total experience. He thrives on establishing best practice systems, policies and processes for the Customer Care and back end Operations. Kapil has also been a National Level cricketer till his college years.
