Dr. Regli has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications, software and real estate industries. He has also served as the Primary Investigator for much of Drakontas' work with the US Department of Justice in building capacity among state and local law enforcement agencies. Dr. Regli is a co-founder of the company and has served as CEO since its inception.

Mr. Sim, has more than 18 years of experience as an entrepreneur, independent consultant and human factors researcher. Mr. Sim is the founder of UCnet.com - The University City Network which provides electronic marketing and survey research services to more than 100 national clients. Mr. Sim was a co-founder of the company and has served as COO since its inception.

Alan Kaplan has over fifteen years of experience leading research and development of technologies for next-generation networked devices. He was formerly Department Head of Middleware and Software Technologies at the Panasonic Princeton Research Laboratory. He holds a PhD and a MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, and a BS degree in Computer Science from Duke University. He has served as CTO since 2007.

Joe Madgey serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Drakontas and oversees the financial management activities of the company. Prior to joining Drakontas LLC, Mr. Madgey developed accounting, financial reporting and other administrative systems for small business as a Controller and as an outside consultant for a start-up telecommunications venture, an established property management company and a mortgage bank.
