He saw a need for a new type of product that resulted in three U.S. patents for automation and system integration. He founded FutureSmart Networks with VC money to manufacture those products, then exited with a sale to Honeywell in 2002. Mr. Ivie, a Master Electrician, has 26 years experience.

Ms. Zielenski has 25 years taking firms like NEC and Tenneco West to the next level through strategic branding, advertising and sales. She developed and implemented a radically different sales model for NEC America in 2002 saving the firm $30M in the first year. For national architecture firm, PGAL, she won a $67.2M aviation program for the City of Corpus Christi. Ms. Zielenski was graduated with a BA in English from Indiana University of PA.

Mr. Ballif's background is in embedded system hardware & software design, hardware & firmware system design, spread spectrum technology, local & wide area networking, radio transmitting, satellite broadcasting, & infrared communications. He manages engineering for Dragonfly, designing hardware & firmware, Adhoc network routing algorithms for control systems, & next generation engineering. Mr. Ballif was graduated from Brigham Young University.
