    Ryan Ashmore first got into the music business after appearing on the TV Show BBC's Dragons Den and successfully gaining investment from Duncan Bannatyne. This lead to Ryan signing their current Boy Band ReConnected and A&R'ing their first Top 40 record ''One In A Million''. Ryan has since left RKA Records (now Bannatyne Music) and is a part time consultant for the label. Ryan now runs the management business and has a number of signed artists.
