The youngest executive officer and director of the most profitable and fastest growing consumer products Division of GLCC, a Fortune 50 company. He was also a key executive during the very rapid growth periods of W.L. Gore & Associates and Little America. He has been leading and managing people, and developing innovative health foods for most of his life.

Michael Kane has had a passion for health and nutrition, even when working for silicon valley giants like Oracle, Symantec and Intuit. He was most recently the Sr. Vice-President of Software for Move, the parent of realtor.com. Along the way he shed 50 pounds, and was a co-founder of a pioneering energy bar company. His specialty is shepherding companies during their tumultuous early growth stage, taking them from concept to viable businesses.

Will has founded, worked in and consulted with early-stage companies for over 30 years, most recently as a company officer at KeVita, a probiotic health beverage company that has quickly grown into a major national brand in the functional beverage category. KeVita was recently acquired by PepsiCo.
