She has had years of experience in the food industry, She is a born leader and a very hard worker. She also will not back down to employees, if they are wrong she is the one that will correct it in a professional way.

She was the chief cook in the Navy for 4 years; she has been a Sous Chef at an Assistant living facility for the past 6 years. She knows her way around the kitchen and cooking is her passion, she has also helped me to come up with the menu.

This gentleman is a wounded veteran and would like to be able to work in his community. He will be good interacting with the customers. He will be a lot of help around the restaurant and will make deliveries and go for supplies. He's a great guy that just want's a chance in life.
