Paolo is the first IEEE Charles LeGeyt Fortescue Scholar in the Carolinas, and a GE Global Research Center alumnus. He has an extensive experience in the field of  III-nitride and carbide semiconductors, and performed research in the areas of UV emitters and detectors, VLSI and epi-growth of wide bandgap semiconductors. Paolo is Dot Metrics’ creative problem solver.
