The last few years, more food manufacturers are focusing more on bulk food merchandising due to changes in consumer purchasing behavior. Our customers (global food manufacturers) cannot afford the lack of traceability, hygiene, food safety, and damaging brand image.

The bulk food market, including but not limited to; confectionery, nuts and coffee. The market is tremendous, for instance, confectionery alone is worth USD$ 135.5 billion and the main players are: Mars, Nestle, Mondelez, Haribo, Cloetta, and etc.

Business drivers
National food regulatory agencies are focusing to a greater extent on product traceability, avoiding taxes, and food safety towards the consumer.
Full-service merchandising organizations are expensive, and profit margin limited.

Solution & Technology
Our G2Dispenser satisfies all the issues mentioned above, based on previous market tests done around the world. G2Dispenser is a two-part system, consisting of 1 Dispensing unit and 1 disposable packaging unit (see pictures page 2).

Business model
Our strategy is to outsource all production, warehousing, expertise, thereby permitting a small business organization, low expenses. We have a healthy profit margin, due to our negotiations with our preferred suppliers.

Team
Our team consists primarily of Ole B. Jespersen, Chr. Bhishma Jespersen, Toppac A/S plus additional staff. The team has the necessary knowledge of the product and bulk market.
