General Manager, Sales & MarketingJonas is responsible for the general management of our branding, sales, and marketing. He has served as Product Planner and Operations Specialist for Pro-tec and Category Manager for Vans. Jonas' diverse educational background includes an MS in Sports Medicine from the University of Tennessee, an MA from Indiana University, and a certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from UCLA Anderson.

CEO, RD&DExecutes strategic planning, business development, and R&D. A long-time sporting goods industry veteran with R&D, strategic planning and marketing experience, he successfully led the current dizm team as CEO and Co-owner of our action sports company Pro-tec. He has also honed his brand development skills as VP of R&D at Bell Helmets and at Westinghouse, Hunt Wesson Foods, and M&M Mars. Tom holds a BSME from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Cal State.

Linda LarsonCIO/COOLinda is responsible for info technologies, accounting, and operations at dizm. A veteran IT and business planning executive and consultant in both the private and civic sectors, Linda spent time at TRW and the National Hot Rod Association, as well as with the cities of Santa Ana and Sunnyvale before serving as VP of Pro-tec. She is a certified PMP, with an MBA and BA from UCLA, and an MS from Cal State.

SourcingWorking from Hong Kong, Joe is responsible for identifying and developing supplier relationships and executing quality assurance with all vendors. He is the owner of Million Concepts and worked in product sourcing and engineering at Pro-tec. He also has sales, marketing, and QA/QC experience from his time with Lucky Bell Plastic Factory Ltd. Joe has a BA in Business from Benedictine University and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

PR & MarketingChris manages our public relations and marketing campaigns. Chris developed global public relations skills at Vans, overseeing product, brand, and cultural publicity. As Account Supervisor for international communications agency FleishmanHillard, Chris worked with such clients as Sony, Nestle, Yahoo! and Anheuser-Busch.
