Hadley and co-founder/CTO Peter Arnold have been married for 24 years; trained as architects with a focus on urban systems, they are recognized thought leaders in water resilience.

Co-Founder and CTOPeter has led technical R+D in watershed resilience and climate adaptation for over 20 years. His water quality, remote sensing, and embedded energy research have been supported by major grants from US Dept of Housing + Urban Development, EPA, major water agencies, and private foundations. His work has been recognized by the Buckminster Fuller Institute, Smithsonian National Design Museum, Lafarge-Holcim, and AIA College of Fellows Latrobe Prize.

Lead AI ArchitectBrian has developed advanced robotics and vision systems since 1997, in defense, space, mining, energy, and manufacturing. Brian leads Spira Systems, creating custom deep learning vision systems for extremely challenging applications. Of note: Oceaneering’s Terabot System deployed in the Iraq War, NASA’s Robonaut 2 deployed to the International Space Station and NASA’s Valkyrie robot built for the DARPA Robotics Challenge.
