Dan Allen is a Sergeant with the Chicago Police Department. He is also a founder and President of the Board of Divine Purpose Youth Performing Arts Center, a non-profit community arts organization that empowers youth by developing their talents so that they may realize their dreams. His educational level consists of a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts from Chicago State University and a Masters Degree in Law Enforcement Administration.

Victoria Allen is the Executive Director of Divine Purpose Youth Performing Arts Center, responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of this non-profit organization as well as teaching dance. Victoria holds a certificate in dance from the Dorolyn Academy.
