    Kate founded DITTO after graduating from Stanford Business School in 2011. Prior to school, Kate worked in private equity for Wind Point Partners, where she focused on the operations of three retail companies. She is also the survivor of a two-year stint on Wall Street (Citi M&A). Kate graduated summa cum laude from Ball State, where she earned All-American status in basketball before an embarrassingly short-lived career in the WNBA.

    Prior to starting DITTO, Sergey spent 3 years as a software engineer at Google primarily focused on search quality, ranking and search UI. Previously, he worked at netViz, where he was the lead engineer/developer and coordinated a distributed global engineering team. He also cofounded Notefish, a web note-taking service. He received his Masters of Computer Science from Irkutsk State University in Russia in 2000.

    Prior to starting DITTO, Dmitry spent two years as a web-technology consultant at Nokia working on their mobile ecommerce platform, OVI Store. Before Nokia, Dmitry spent 8 years as a software engineer at outsourcing firm, Elilink, where he rose quickly to the top of the ranks and oversaw 3 teams and 30 engineers in total. Dmitry has a PhD in Math & Physics from St. Petersburg Polytechnical and self-taught himself Computer Vision.

    Ryan joined DITTO in January 2013. He previously held the same position at Peixe Urbano, aka the Groupon of Brazil, where he grew their userbase from 5K to 12M in one year. In just 18 months, they had 10M unique visitors per month and their employee base grew from 10 to 1,400! Prior to that role, he ran Product for MerchantCircle, where he grew them from inception to 10M unique visitors per month and 1.4M users in 4 years.
