    Dennis is passionate about community scale renewable energy projects. His energy runs deep to utilize renewable energy to make our planet a greener and better place to live. He has successfully founded and operated the company’s demonstration plant and is currently making and selling biodiesel. Prior to Distributed BioSystems he founded LunaGen, an algae biofuel company. He has been involved with renewable energy projects since 2007.

    Tracy is also a passionate Co-Founder who cares about community scale renewable energy projects and improving communities. She participated in the founding and operation of the company’s demonstration plant, as well as the day-to-day job duties involved in making and selling biodiesel. She is a highly-skilled person who is willing to do what it takes to make Distributed BioSystems a success.

    Bob is a seasoned business person. For over 20 years he has successfully operated a consulting companies helping companies with business planning, financing, marketing and other projects. As an entrepreneur he has successfully been a founder and invested in a number of startups as well as acquired and sold operating companies. He has also been the Chief Financial Officer of a half billion dollar revenue/year company and is a CPA.

  • Research Advisor

    Dr. Li is the Assistant Director of the BioEnergy Program at Oregon State University. He has more than 5 years of experience in bioprocess engineering research. Dr. Li’s expertise include bioreactor design, process modeling, mass and energy balance calculations, analytical chromatography, and grant writing. He holds degrees from Tianjin University, China and PhD from Michigan State University all in Chemical Engineering.
