Carl has spent his career in technology fields, first as a project manager at Cummins Engine Company where he managed the pre-production launch of a new engine series, President of Delta Enterprises (Greenville, MS) a diversified manufacturer, President of Energy Adaptive Grinding (Rockford, IL), Food Consultant, and General Manager of Dispensing Solutions. Carl is a graduate of Yale University (1974) and Harvard Business School (1978).

Claudio Bertone is a 1994 honors graduate of Lehigh University (Bethlehem, PA) majoring in Engineering and Finance. In 1998 Claudio and his brother Mike founded Dispensing Systems International (DSI) to design and manufacture customer focused dispensing solutions for the convenience store channel. Under Claudio's leadership, DSI became an industry leader in platforms to deliver multi-flavored creamers and hot beverages in self serve environments.
