An MBA from IIFT-Delhi, Bhavin handled BTL communication, events, portfolio campaigns and co-branded card launch at Kotak Credit Cards. He moved on to TecSo as the head of Business Development and Marketing, before deciding to strike out on his own with Discount District. He also co-owns Offside - Lounge, Gujarat's first sports lounge, in Vadodara.

Pawan did his Computer Engineering from SVIT Vasad (Gujarat). He then worked with Tech Mahindra as an Associate for their premier client British Telecom. As a Business Analyst and a Team Leader, he spent 2.5 years in Amsterdam handling the Onsite Project and Offshore Coordination. His love for Baroda and passion to do something on his own made him shift back to Baroda, when he joined his friend Bhavin in Discount District in June 2011.

After graduating in Bachelors of Business Administration from M.S. University in Vadodara, Sowmya handled the sales and marketing aspects at PT Education in Vadodara for 2 years. She then moved on to do her MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD in Pune. She is now working with L'Oreal India
