Hafele is a German based and privately held company with sales activity in over 100 counties and its' own manufacturing and distribution facilities in over 40 counrties worlwide. Greg was the CEO/Co-founder of Ratbag Games, and Vice President of the Games Developers Association of Australia. Ratbag developed games for Playstation 2, X-Box and PC. Ratbag sold to US publisher Midway in 2005.

Prior to founding LEAPIN Digital Keys in 2011, Steve gained much of his property management experience as a Manager in Australian Local Governments. Whilst working in 3 local governments,Subiaco(WA), Cairns (QLD) and Holdfast Bay (SA), Steve helped manage a range of assets including Community Centres, sporting facilities, function centres, art galleries, cemeteries, and libraries. Steve holds a MBA from the University of South Australia
