Company Summary

Digital Nomad Base is a modular "space as a service" platform that connects digital natives, digital nomads and corporations from all over the world with local talent.

To democratize access to commercial real estate in a disruptive way, we will provide unprecedented real time flexibility, 24/7 services and an open platform.

Special architectural design patterns provide the freedom to use space for almost anything. Even smaller cities qualify from a business perspective and can connect local talent to a global ecosystem.

Digital Nomad Base is a prototype for a "space as a service" provider that radically increases functional flexibility:

- multi functional space units (work, sleep, play, events, tech, etc)
- units are clustered to allow for shared, private or group use
- additional community spaces

Industrial lofts at a historical factory will be redeveloped into a vibrant hub for travelers, makers and entrepreneurs.

We plan to launch the prototype in 2017 and can scale to any number of cities across the globe.

Together with users and partners we'll transform urban life in an empowering way, to radically increase every individual's freedom to participate in society and to benefit from technological progress.

Let's shape a world where anyone can become a smart creative to build great things, to co-create and innovate.
