Before acquiring Digger's Barbeque in 2000 Mr. Ruiz was the general manager of this mom and pop style restaurant. Mr. Ruiz saw the potential of the Last un-tapped market of Barbeque to be Franchised Nationwide.

Ms. Callaham has managed many successful restaurants, and has worked with Mr. Ruiz for several years. Ms. Callaham is a crucial component to Digger's current success due to her expertise in the field.

Ms. Cardoza provides over 25 years of financial expertise and management including over 20 years as the CFO of emerging companies. Mrs. Cardoza has helped many companies succeed at their ventures both before and after Acquisitions, so she understands the ins and outs during these processes.

Mr. Ruben Ruiz has been in the restaurant business for over 15 years, and with Digger's for the past two years. His main objective is to support the ongoing growth of the individual stores and future franchisees by being the main problem solver for the franchisees. With over 20 years of sales and marketing expertise including directing sales managing channels, and developing alliances with major suppliers.
