Aja is responsible for the overall function of the company along with partner Vice President Ian Leibovici. She will initially be responsible for overseeing the designs & concepts, administrative aspects of the company, marketing and sales. She has over 9 years sales/customer service experience. Her passion for fashion came from her brief career in modeling. She attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia were she studied Video Production.

Ian is responsible for most of the design and business management. Being the lead developer for Aja’s concepts at the present time. He has a unique footing in the fashion industry with a small background prior to this project. Ian’s design process takes lead which allows him to work in any avenue of design. Along with Lauren Alyssa Mckibbin Ian is responsible for the marketing, advertising and promotions of Diamond Girl Collections. They have set
