Marc Massenz started his professional career as Operating Technician HF at Alstom. Together with David Bachmann and Mathias Böhm he developed the Diamond Heels business idea and is responsible as managing member of the operational team for product, process and quality management as well as sales. His strengths are networked thinking and acting, high level of social responsibility, perseverance and willpower as well as technical understanding.

After graduating from High School, David Bachmann pursued his studies in Economics from the University of Basel and became an expert of internet marketing by self-study. In 2009 he founded together with Mathias Böhm his first company SuitArt as a retail franchise specialized in creating made-to-measure suits. David Bachmann manages at Diamond Heels the Online Marketing Resort.

After graduating from High School, Mathias Böhm obtained his bilingual (F/D) Master of Law from the University of Fribourg. In 2009, he founded together with David Bachmann his first company SuitArt as a retail franchise specialized in creating made-to-measure suits and became an expert in just-in-time production in the fashion area. He supports Diamond Heels with his expertise as lawyer as well as his large network.

After obtaining her Bachelor of Law of the University of Fribourg, Caroline Schira took over as CEO the family business in the field of environmental engineering and reoriented it into a retail company in the field of renewable energies. Since october 2012, she is part of the managing team at Diamond Heels and responsible for Organisation, Law, HR and Investor Relations and puts into practice her knowledge in entrepreneurship.
