Diagnostic anSERS is a forensics and medical diagnostics startup building a roadside "Marijuana Breathalyzer" for drugged driving. We recently received a $150,000 SBIR Phase I grant from the National Science Foundation to finish building a prototype and are raising a seed round to complement this funding.
