Jonathan Spielberg is the founder and GM of CWI Drinks, a beer and wine import and distribution company. His 6 years experience working in the Irish drinks industry has helped shape the DHB marketing strategy and business plan. In addition to being the managing director and overseeing the day to day operations at DHB, he will utilise his Irish and American contacts within the drinks industry to promote and sell DHB services in Ireland and abroad.

Michael Clancy is an Engineering, Sustainability and Asset Care Consultant with FDT. He has particular experience in sourcing specific small scale and bespoke process and packaging installations for the beverage industry. In addition, he is experienced in efficient use of resources such as energy and water. Michael will be on the DHB board as a non-executive director offering industry insight in the brewing and packaging processes.

Seamus was formerly the Brewing and Production Manager in Diageo’s Great Northern Brewery Dundalk and has vast experience of brewing a wide range of lagers and ales for the Irish and export markets, including contract brewing and new product introduction. Seamus will be the master brewer at Dundalk Heritage Brewery and will also assist with recruitment and training of more junior brewing and operations staff.

Paul Kavanagh, former Packaging Manager in Macardles Brewery with responsibility for Canning and Bottling. Paul has consulted on the transfer of packaging from Diageo Dundalk to Belfast and Runcorn (UK) and was Senior Technologist for the installation of the new Baileys facility in Mallusk, Northern Ireland. Paul subsequently worked as Senior Brewer in both Diageo Dublin and Dundalk responsible for the technical aspects of the kegging plants.
