Born and raised in Lake Charles, Derek Sarvaunt is a young hard-working entrepreneur, foodie, and musician, with an extensive background in the service industry. He has served patrons at Pat’s of Henderson, KD’s Diner, Casa Manana, and The Porch Coffee House & Café. His service industry experience includes waiting tables, bartending, and barista, managing a kitchen, managing a bar, and booking events.

Born and raised in Lake Charles, Alyssa DiNatale is a hard-working entrepreneur and musician with a strong background in office management, sales, customer service, property management/real estate, event planning, and the service industry. She has worked as a real estate assistant for local real estate agencies, and as a tax assistant. She has served patrons at Copeland’s, Coyote Blues, La Truffe Sauvage, and The Porch Coffee House & Café.
