I have over 17 years experience as an executive chef. As my role of restaurant chef and Executive Chef, I was in charge of many kitchen and restaurant needs to include: creating and implementing daily menus, banquet menus, golf outings, food costing, labor cost, P&L, ordering supplies, managing, training, and mentoring kitchen staff for excellence, ensuring the best in food quality and preparation, maintaining an exemplary clean atmosphere.
