We are a newly formed property company looking to get into the motel business in St. Ignace Mi. Currently there is a motel doing limited business that can do much better in this high traffic year round tourist area. Once established we intend to buy other small under utilized motels and create a new standard for these small facilities. we will be supplying rooms to year round tourists that currently have issues finding available rooms.
