Market demand for whiskey, the second fastest growing spirits segment, outpaces our production and barrel storage capacity. In the past five years, Whiskey has outperformed other spirit categories, growing at a 43 percent annual growth rate. To address this challenge, Dented Brick® would like to expand by acquiring adjacent properties to develop additional warehouse space that produces, ages, and stores whiskey.
