Mary has been a Dental Hygienist for 25 years. She has spent time in other offices when there was a need for a substitute due to sickness, etc. and is very familiar with what is involved in temping. Also being on the other side, she has had to use temporary help on occasion so she is also familiar with trying to find a qualified substitute in emergencies. She saw a need to bring dentists and temp. staff together in an easier cost effective way.

Working as a dental office manager for over 10 years, Tracy has been responsible for acquiring temporary staff for hygienists, assistants, front desk and dentists on a minute's notice. With the lack of anything close to easy or cost effective, she found that it could take hours of her time to find a substitute and it was expensive and there was no information of the substitute's qualifications. She saw a dire need in the dental community.

Bobbie has been in education 40 years and has years of marketing experience. She was recently implemental in having the school system pass a buyout program for teachers nearing retirement. She has also been responsible for several changes made in the school system that will positively affect teachers and children in future years. She is truly an asset when a voice needs to be heard. She believes a change in the dental community would be positive
