Yann is a co-founder of Demeter and our EVP of Development. Yann leverages extensive industry relationships to lead our project development efforts nationwide. Demeter is Yann's second solar startup, with his first growing to $60mm in revenue after 4 years. Yann works closely with the roofing industry promoting the benefits of rooftop integrated energy systems. Yann has two children and an engineering degree from the Johns Hopkins University.

Phil is a co-founder of Demeter and our EVP of Finance. He focuses on deal execution and asset management. Phil has special expertise in structuring corporate, portfolio and single-asset acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, real property and note purchases. He has a proven track record of completing a wide variety of unique deals as a commercial real estate developer, investment banker, and private equity investor.

Mike founded Demeter in November 2011 and is our President. He is a securities lawyer-turned-entrepreneur with the mission of bringing leadership and creative market-grounded thinking to tackling global challenges, like climate change. Mike conceived the PACE3P® concept and led the formation of one of the 1st commercial PACE programs in the U.S. He is frequently consulted on PACE legislation as well as project and program development.
