Sandeep worked in Energy Tech Equity Research at RBC Capital Markets from 2008-2010. In addition to covering solar, wind, and grid-related equities, he produced a daily energy tech newsletter for RBC clients. After leaving RBC in February 2010, he embarked on a five-month, 15,000-mile road trip across North America to research a book on the energy industry. Sandeep is a Yale alum and author of A Young Man Goes West.

Andrew is an experienced newsman who covered politics, business, security and environmental issues as an Associated Press correspondent in Peru. After leaving the AP, Andrew co-founded Verdant Collective to document alternative fuels, sustainable travel, and indigenous issues in South America. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in International Relations in 2007.

Tom completed his PhD at NYU in Computational Biology in January, 2012, where he developed efficient coarse grain methods for molecular dynamics simulations and also won multiple teaching awards. He founded Giraph in 2010, which helps users track and visualize data about their everyday lives. Tom has deep expertise in data mining, machine learning, and recommendation.
